Upon receipt of the good ordered, please inspect the contents and its condition carefully. If the packaging is tampered or items are missing, please inform our customer service department (by email) within two hours of acceptance.

If the investigating team at finds the claim rightful, it will authorize either a full refund or replace the product. The discretion of whether to refund or replace lies with the investigation team.
